Alex Burbo

Alex has roasted for some of the most respected brands in the industry. He spent eight years working for Intelligentsia, where he became head roaster, and a key part of the green sourcing team. Alex also proudly served as the head roaster for Metric Coffee. In his role in Roasting and Quality Control for these companies, he worked alongside some of the most well-respected individuals in the industry, learning from every experience along the way.
Rosie Quasarano
Co-founder // Director of Operations
In the midst of helping launch Littlefoot, Rosie owned and operated Cup & Spoon, a community-driven coffee shop in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood. Combining her love of coffee, years of barista experience, and a decade of advertising knowledge, Rosie tirelessly works to perfect our product and service. She also brings a unique perspective to our wholesale partners as a fellow entrepreneur.
Ryan Hoelting
Director of Design
Ryan is a seasoned design director with experience at agencies such as Droga5, Grey, 72 and Sunny, and RGA. His work has taken home Cannes Lion, One Show, Pixel, and Webby awards for an assortment of brands. Currently he oversees campaign and brand design on the creative team at Littlefoot.
He has traveled to all 50 states, almost twice, and is an amateur mandolinist and guitarist.
Lizzy Rozeboom
Production Lead
Lizzy brings not only production experience to keep Littlefoot running smoothly, but also barista and roasting knowledge, too. She's interested in sustainability, and keeping our earth clean and green through her volunteer work with Friends of Buck Creek and Michigan Cares for Tourism.
Outside of coffee and helping our planet, she’s an avid grower of vegetables and native plants and loves spending time outdoors through all Michigan seasons with her husband and two kids.
